Donations benefit at-risk youth and children affected by HIV/AIDS

The McKie Foundation is a non-profit corporation committed to helping families in our communities turn their tragedies into triumphs. The organization has provided programs and services to at-risk youth since 2009. Often, the children come into the program feeling hopeless and stuck in their current situation. The foundation provides mentoring, abstinence workshops, free counseling and community assistance programs that provide cash, clothing and food to single mothers experiencing extenuating circumstances. In addition, the foundation offers youth mentor training to churches, non-profits and individuals.

The funds provided by the "Lets Talk About Sex, Youth Summit" will be used to provide food, clothing and activities for the children in the program as well as their families. Your benevolence will help them to learn that it does not have to hurt to be a child, and there are people in the community who care about them and want them to know that they matter.
